Three questions to ask your mover

All Exclusive Transportation Services Inc. wants to be your preferred mover; we are striving to meet your expectations every day. As you shop for a mover and hopefully select us, here are three questions to ask your mover to start things off on the right foot:

Are you a licensed mover or do you broker?

All Exclusive Transportation Services Inc. does not broker away your job to unknown and untested movers. We have our own crew and our own equipment. We have been doing this job for over 30 years. We are licensed and insured to work in the New York metropolitan area. So no, we are not a broker we are a legitimate moving company.

Do you offer binding quotes?

As a licensed moving company, we are able to provide binding or “not to exceed” quotes for your convenience. We will never attempt to give a binding quote over the telephone. We will need to give you a face-to-face quote to make the quote as accurate as possible. We will always want to inspect your job in person so that we can minimize or completely eliminate the possibility of any misunderstanding. Best of all, our quotes are always FREE!

What type of payment do you accept?

We recommend that you never hire a company that accepts only cash. This is a terrible red flag.We accept all major credit cards, personal and business checks and of course cash if it is necessary. We will provide you with a quote, and if you accept our estimate and wish to hire us, we will inform you of the deposit amount which will need to be made to secure your specific moving date. We will let you know specifically as soon as the job is booked. There would never be any hidden charges.
